Ken’s HVAC is great! He is prompt returning calls and getting to our home. He is trustworthy, skilled at his craft, and knowledgeable. The first time we called we had had one of the “big” companies out and they told us we would need to replace our entire furnace at the tune of thousands of dollars. Ken came out and repaired the broken part, educated us about our furnace, and saved us thousands of dollars. Ken is the first, and only, call we make when we have heating and air conditioning issues!

I’ve had my AC off for a couple of weeks due to remodeling. I went to turn it on and no joy. I had previously used a competitor and I felt I was being upsold constantly and one other major issue they failed on. I used Ken’s online appointment booking(very easy) and he was here the next morning. He squared away the issue that I had inadvertently caused and have AC again. He was very prompt and courteous also reasonably priced as well. So I feel like I have someone to count on now without being hit on to buy something.
